The Public Affairs Directorate has held a day’s interactive session with final year pupils of the University of Ghana Basic Schools at the Great Hall.

About 160 participants attended the programme which aimed at providing the pupils with first-hand information about the University, its courses and programmes and admission processes to equip them with the requisite knowledge in the selection of programmes for their tertiary education.

Prior to the commencement of the session, the pupils were conducted around the Convocation Group of Buildings by National Service Persons at the Public Affairs, Faustina Sika, Fidelia Appiah-Gambrah, Mary Seiwah Affram, Samuel Agbemseli, Senyo Ackah, and Naa Dei Abossey.  In addition to providing them with a brief background of the University, they were taken round the Convocation group of buildings where they saw the busts of past Vice Chancellors.
